    NCC Anechoic wedge can absorb sound waves of different frequencies, maintaining a stable sound absorption effect from low frequencies to high frequencies. Moreover, it can be hung on the roof or installed on the wall according to actual needs. The installation methods are flexible and diverse, capable of adapting to different spatial layouts and building structures.
 
    NCC Wedge Absorption--are mainly used in fully anechoic and semi anechoic laboratories.

Different	Using metal materials as outer packaging materials requires bending and polishing during the manufacturing process, followed by the application of paint baking technology. Metal wedges have better durability and a longer service life, but are about four times more expensive than fabric wedges.	Just need to make a fabric cover and fill the materials inside it. Fabric wedges are widely used in major laboratories, with a service life of about 30 years and relatively low cost.

• Sound absorbing wedge is a kind of special sound absorbing structural material for strong sound absorbing field, the use of porous (or fibrous) material molding cutting, made into a cone or wedge sound absorber, firm without deformation.

• Sound absorption wedge is suitable for strong airflow environment, the main object is high-quality anechoic chamber, the absorption of low frequency is more effective, can eliminate standing waves, to eliminate the requirements of echo, low cut-off frequency sound absorption coefficient greater than 0.99.

• The sound insulation wall of the anechoic chamber is installed with an anechoic wedge, which can form a smooth layer connection, so that the uncertainty and irregularity of noise acoustic wave reflection can be extended, and the sound absorption performance of the anechoic chamber can be improved.

• Compared with ordinary acoustic wedge, the V-shaped and W-shaped acoustic wedge made of polyester has the characteristics of smaller occupancy volume and more reasonable price.

For each individual project, it is possible to select a panel design which has the required sound transmission loss and sound absorption ratings.
