We exert every ounce of our strength to construct a high-end, avant-garde laboratory endowed with autonomous control capabilities. For all bespoke products, be it in terms of specifications, dimensions, or acoustic requisites, prior to entering the mass production phase, we shall enforce rigorous and meticulous pre-production sample testing procedures. Only upon thorough confirmation that all indicators are up to par will we invest a considerable amount of human and material resources to embark on mass production endeavors, thereby effectively guaranteeing that each and every batch of large-scale goods delivered to clients possesses outstanding quality.
The fabricated product samples are positioned within the spacious window of the laboratory and securely fastened through professional sealing measures. Through precise adjustment of the relevant parameters and concurrent utilization of advanced and precise apparatuses for comprehensive and profound testing, it is ultimately ensured that the products can fully comply with the exacting requirements of customers.
As depicted in the illustration, the external noise of the laboratory attains 80.1 dB, while through random measurement, the internal acoustic laboratory drops to 36.4 dB or even lower. All reports can meet the American standards. We conducted a sound test with Intertek and passed the American AMCA certification, reaching international high-precision and advanced standards.
