Composition: It consists of a base and a wedge part. The base is the part with a constant cross-section at the bottom, while the tip part refers to the part where the cross-section gradually increases from the pointed end.
Classification by the number of unit wedges: It can be divided into single wedge and double wedge.
Sound absorption principle:Wedges are typically made of porous sound-absorbing materials, which contain a large number of tiny pores and channels inside. When sound waves enter the material, they cause friction between air molecules and the pore walls, induce viscous movement of the air, and set the material fibers in vibration. Through these processes, sound energy is converted into heat energy and dissipated.
There are two types of acoustic wedges: metallic and fabric:

· The exterior material is metal, and the production process requires bending, grinding, and then using the baking paint process for better durability.

NCC Cloth Acoustic Wedge:
· NCC cloth acoustic wedges are mainly pointed double wedges.
· The exterior material just needs to be made into a cloth cover and filled with the material.
· While retaining efficient sound absorption capabilities, the fabric outer layer makes it easier to blend into interior decoration styles, and it is lightweight for installation.
