Testing and quality inspection
The aluminum perforated sound-absorbing panel has a wide range of color and material options for decoration, and the aperture and spacing can be adjusted according to customer requirements, which can meet the diverse acoustic and decorative needs of customers. Perforated sound-absorbing panels have strong selectivity for sound absorption spectrum and good sound absorption performance for medium and low frequencies. Filling an appropriate amount of sound-absorbing cotton into the cavity behind the sound-absorbing structure can improve the sound absorption effect at medium and high frequencies.

The standard thickness of NVT sound absorption module is 50mm and 100mm, and the standard width is 450mm (50mm thick panel) and 360mm (100mm thick panel). The standard length range is from 915mm to 3660mm. Special (non-standard) panels can be made as needed. Each module is made of sturdy, durable, and abuse resistant 0.8mm perforated galvanized steel, with an opening area of 23%. Each module contains sound-absorbing fillers that are non combustible, inert, mold resistant, and insect resistant.
