  The specification shown in Table 2 matches very closely desert type sand and dust, and illustrates an overall grade. Other grades of sand can also be used for the tests and are specified as follows:                                              
 a) FINE - sand between 106 and 150 μm.       
 b) COARSE - sand between 355 and 425 μm.
